Do

Choose a photo where your pet is looking directly into the lens. Whilst selfies from a high angle may be best for the 'gram, a straight forward photo is best for your pet embroidery!

Do

Pick a photo that shows off the personality of your fur baby! For dogs especially, they look the happiest with their tongue wagging.

Don't

Choose a silly photo... unless this is what you want the embroidery to look like. Which is of course completely up to you, and I love a funny pet pic!

Do

Consider lighting and shadows on your pets' face, as this will help me with colour matching.

Don't

Choose a photo where a key feature (like the ears) are hidden, or it may look like your pet doesn't have ears!

Additionally, whilst puppy and kitten photos are completely adorable, pets change A LOT as they grow up, so make sure a baby photo is what you want for the design.
